The movie basically sums it up for me. It's this reality... but it's far from being that simple. What do you have in life? Anomies, aesthetes, apathy (you know, those individuals who simply float through life like a driveling POS), anomalies, avarice et al. I can't begin to put into words the magnitude of this as a whole. Hell, I can't even properly categorize individuals unless you are talking about a scenario-specific incident. It's so overwhelming to think about things in general, but to break down everything would be similar to trying to split an atom without really knowing what you're doing. There are so many facets of life that we are ALL unaware of. I don't want to take that narrowminded western stance that like beauty, life is "in the eye of the beholder". Screw Descartes. I don't believe things are that completely relative to the individual, but they seem more so paradoxical than anything else. Do I have a point? I don't know... but Reality is near impossible to define. (I am so braindead and don't wanna open a huge can of worms, so you can dismiss this like flatulence in a tornado.)

Lately my matrix are the things I give my time to that take my focus away from what is most immportant in my life....relationships, school...etc. Many of the things I absorb myself in seem great at the time, but they arn't the 'true reality'. I recently gave up some of those things and it literally felt like a 'waking up moment' and my focus returned to 'the real world'....the real world isn't glamorous nor pleasant all the time, but it does have eternal implications, and THAT is what makes it worth while living in!!
